Kristen Nelson is a singer songwriter originally based out of Spokane, WA. Inspired by folk artists like Jewel and Joan Baez, Kristen taught herself guitar as a teenager. She released her first collection of work, ‘Out of my Hands,’ in May, 2012. Crossing genres of folk, pop and R&B, the record is slightly experimental. She is currently working on a new full-length and lives in Central Illinois.
